Auf Fraser Island haben wir uns schon so richtig gefreut! Marley hat eine 3 Tage/2 Nächte Fraser Island Tour auf Facebook gewonnen und somit haben wir beide nur den halben Preis bezahlt. Die Tour war eine "Selfdrive Jeep" Tour bei der wir in Zelten geschlafen haben. Insgesamt waren wir 4 Jeeps voll mit 7 Leuten und erkundeten damit die Insel. Jeder der wollte durfte fahren (was wirklich nicht so einfach war - vor allem auf der "falschen" Seite) und wir blieben bei den schönsten Plätzen stehen. Unsere Highlights waren Lake McKenzie, die Champagne Pools, der Ausblick vom Indian Head, die Wanderung durch den Jungel und natürlich unser Scenic Flight, für den wir uns spontan entschieden. Die Tour war wirklich abenteuerlich und wir hatten eine gute Zeit mit tollen Leuten auf der Insel. We really looked forward to FRASER ISLAND! Marley has won a 3 days / 2 nights Fraser Iceland Tour on Facebook and so we both have only paid half price. The tour was a "self-drive Jeep" tour where we slept in tents. Overall, we were four jeeps full of seven people and explored the island. Everyone who wanted was allowed to drive (which really was not so easy - especially on the "wrong" side) and we stayed at the most beautiful places. Our highlights were Lake McKenzie, the Champagne pools, the view from Indian Head, the trek through the jungle and of course our Scenic Flight for which we spontaneously decided. The tour was really adventurous and we had a good time with great people on the island. Since videos & photos once again speak louder than words, today we have a short video for you and a lot of pictures ;-)
